Green Academia Award

Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences is one of the lucky winners of the Green Academia Award of the University of Graz.

As part of the Sustainability Day, the Green Academia Award was presented to the most sustainable branches of science for this year.

The recognition prize 2024 was also awarded to the Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences.

We are very pleased about this award and would like to thank Mr. Ing. Gindl, BA MA (Department for University Management) for presenting the certificate to Prof. Andreas Zimmer (Head of the Institute for Pharmaceutical Sciences).

Amina Tucak-Smajic, a pharmacist from Bosnia and Herzegovina, conducted research for her doctoral thesis at the Institute of Pharmaceutical Science in Graz. Her exchange stay was partly supported by a CEEPUS mobility grant. Her work is an excellent example of cooperation in a successful CEEPUS network.
