CEEPUS - Exchange between Graz and Prishtina

Pharmacist Toskë Kryeziu completed two visits to the University of Graz with CEEPUS in 2019 and 2022 to conduct research into cancer therapies.

In the meantime, he has successfully defended his doctorate and taken up a post-doctoral position at the University of Prishtina, where he is researching therapeutic methods using nanotechnology. As a teaching assistant at the University of Prishtina, he now encourages his students to seek research stays in Austria in order to benefit professionally and successfully establish contacts.

Amina Tucak-Smajic, a pharmacist from Bosnia and Herzegovina, conducted research for her doctoral thesis at the Institute of Pharmaceutical Science in Graz. Her exchange stay was partly supported by a CEEPUS mobility grant. Her work is an excellent example of cooperation in a successful CEEPUS network.
